The Mary McLeod Bethune Schoolyard Improvement project began as an idea in the minds of the students. Alongside designers and staff from the Trust for Public Land, students helped create their dream schoolyard. OLIN worked alongside artists and engineers to create the final design which features underground stormwater storage, several large rain gardens, new play equipment, and a story telling track.
