Project Overview
Post Brothers, known for transforming neglected properties into vibrant urban living spaces, completed a dramatic renovation of a once-dilapidated building in East Falls, Philadelphia. The result: Rittenhouse Hill Apartments, a high-end residential complex featuring modern amenities, direct access to nature, and beautiful outdoor gathering spaces.
To help market the property online, Post Brothers hired McNaught Design to provide professional drone services in Philadelphia, including aerial photography and 4K drone video production. Our goal was to visually communicate the property’s connection to Wissahickon Valley Park, its upgraded courtyard, and its proximity to downtown Philadelphia.

Challenges & Creative Solutions
The shoot took place in December, during Philadelphia’s leafless winter season, with cold temperatures and bare trees in the background. Instead of postponing the shoot, we used the soft, warm evening light to our advantage—focusing on sunlight reflecting off windows, glowing pavement, and color-grading techniques in post-production.
This creative solution allowed us to deliver drone video services that felt rich and inviting, despite the seasonal limitations.
